Terms of Service
This agreement (the "View Labs Terms and Conditions" or “Terms and Conditions”) describes the terms on which View Labs, Inc. offers you access to its online platform, the “360 Meet” service, and any other services and pages hosted on platform.viewlabs.com (the “Platform”). This offer is conditioned on your agreement to all of the terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions, and View Labs’ Privacy Policy , including the policies, terms, and dispute resolution procedures linked to or otherwise referenced therein (collectively, the "Agreements"), all of which are hereby incorporated into these terms. If you do not agree, you should decline these terms, in which case you are prohibited from accessing or using the Platform or any services provided on the Platform. In the event of a conflict amongst the Agreements, the Terms and Conditions shall control except as expressly provided otherwise. All capitalized terms have the meanings set forth in the Terms and Conditions unless otherwise stated.
1. CONTENT LICENSES AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
1.1. View Labs owns Intellectual Property Rights in the Platform.
In addition to View Labs’ ownership of the Intellectual Property Rights set forth in the Terms of Service, you understand and agree that without a license agreement with View Labs, we do not authorize you to make use of the View Labs Marks. Use of the View Labs Marks in whole or in part is subject to the guidelines and terms of any applicable license.
With respect to the source code for certain Software that may be released by View Labs under an open-source license, such software code must be used in accordance with the applicable open-source license terms and conditions.

1.2. View Labs grants you certain licenses to access and use the Platform while you are in compliance with the Agreements.
Subject to compliance with all applicable terms and conditions and in good standing with regards to payments due.
1.3. You agree to respect the Intellectual Property Rights of other users, View Labs, and third parties.
You agree that you will not copy, transfer, or distribute outside of the Platform any Content, in whole or in part or in modified or unmodified form, except if you are the original owner of the Content or when given written permission from View Labs, or that infringes or violates any Intellectual Property Rights of View Labs, other Content Providers, or any third parties.
2. PRIVACY AND YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy sets forth the conditions under which you provide personal and other information to us. You understand and agree that through your use of the Platform you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review our Privacy Policy, which describes our use and disclosure of information we collect on the Platform. If you object to your information being used or disclosed as described therein, please do not use the Platform.
3. ELIGIBILITY
Over 18 Users. If you are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, if greater), then you may use the Platform. In order to use the Platform, you agree that any content or images that may be designated as "Adult Only" Content (sexual, violent, or otherwise designated as Adult) will not be uploaded or shared on the Platform. Violation of this term can and will result in immediate closure of the offending user’s account and removal of all content related to the user’s account at View Labs’ discretion and without notice.
